Does the 1994 Mercedes E320 wagon needs glue to secure the liftgate rear/back window

There are four parts, according to the diagram (see below on this post) that completed the liftgate glass kit on my 1994 Mercedes w124 E320 wagon.

On the Diagram:

1. Glass part number 124-740-01-57

2. Window Frame, part number 124-740-00-56

3. Molding - Left Mercedes-Benz (124-745-01-55-7129), Molding -Right Mercedes-Benz (124-745-02-55-7129),

4. Joint - Mercedes-Benz (124-745-00-80-7129)

My question is there anything else that needs to put in, like glue or something like that to secured glass kit on the liftgate? Or just the joint part (number 4 on the diagram) will secured the whole thing together?

Any comments, feedback/advice is greatly appreciated.
