I have a 5 speed with a factory foam rubber shift knob that I'd like to replace. What are my options? I've seen some trick wood shifters for the automatics, would they work? The knob I really want is a Momo Storm. Can I get an aftermarket knob on my shifter? Do I have to worry about thread size? Even if it's a Euro spec. car?
