Hood won’t open on 2021 GLC 300
 

Windshield washer fluid was low so I went to open the hood to refill the reservoir and the hood would not open. Took it to the dealership yesterday and they said they’re gonna need to take off some body panels and to try to get to the hinges on the hood. Taking it back in on Saturday as that was the first available date with a loaner available.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Probably the oddest issue I’ve ever experienced in a vehicle.
