Spring pads.
 
Got a set of Eibach Pro Kit Springs coming my way for my W126 300SE and I'm looking for new spring pads. I still had two pair of W124 front spring pads laying around, 1 and 3 burls, are the W124 front pads compatible with the W126?

And is the price difference between the FEBI and the MB pads worth the money?

It is always a terrible thing to suggest to folks on this forum, but, you can resort to the use of numbers.
Measure the outside diameter of the spring in the 126, and compare it to the OD of the spring seat in the 124 pad.

Not in a rush to order the pads, will check it when the springs arrive.

Not the same, W126 are wider.
