New Nissen's Radiator - No Neck Reinforcement
 

I just received a new Nissen's radiator today for my 300E and it has no metal reinforcing sleeve in either hose connection. The walls are very thin and I am concerned how long this may last.

Should I put some kind of reinforcing in it?

I went with behr because I knew it would have the updated neck, and the nissen I had in my car which was there when I bought it, broke. it was only 2 years old.
