so the secondary air pump failed on my 98' c230 w202,

pulled it today and took it apart.

not sure if something got in the pump or if it just got hot
form the pictures you can see all the melted plastics

now to find a replacement without spending a fotune

******** arizona has some inexpensive replacements

amazingly the electric motor still works once i removed the vanes that were locked in place by the melted plastic.

I have a few OEM available with this part #- 0001403585 that I would sell inexpensively
