I assume you are talking about the steel fuel pipe downstream of the fuel pumps. IIRC this pipe provides fuel at about 75 psi to the KE system (assuming that's what you have) fuel pressure regulator in the engine compartment. I don't think manufacturers typically provide this pipe, but you should check with a dealer and the aftermarket.
If this pipe has corroded to the point of leakage there are likely serious corrosion problems throughout the car, and even if you could implement a repair, the pipe could start leaking elsewhere at any time.
You could effect a temporary repair by cutting out the corroded section. Then secure and clamp a length of SAE 30R9 "fuel injection hose" that has a maximum rated working pressure of 180 psi. Again, I would consider this only a temporary repair.
You should do a thorough corrosion inspection and consider retiring this car.
