I would like to thank you for all the help you gave me. Although my case is not completely resolved yet it makes me feel better to know that someone believes my side of the story. I already scheduled my car to be seen by another dealer in my area. I will update you regarding this. I will follow all your suggestions and will also forward your letter to MBUSA and hopefully they will be enlighten. Again thank you....
