2019 C300 Sedan seat memory BS

Hello Everyone,

My daughter pushed some of the buttons on seat memory section of the panel and I lost my seat positions. I’ve read the manual and seen the videos and have tried setting them to no avail. I’ve been able to set them before on several occasions so it’s not my first time to do this.

Is there a lock out or reset or ….. that I’m missing?

Mercedes stated I’m out warranty base on year criteria. Same thing they said about a/c blower motor <27k miles). The seat is <27k miles).

Would pulling the negative cable and letting it set for a bit clear up the issue?
