Fuel Filter Question for Gasser 123
 

Howdy,

I've tried to research this myself, but so much of the advice for 123s is of the diesel variety. I'm looking to replace my fuel filter, and it looks like the gas 123 cars (a 78 280E in my case) only have the one filter. I'm also wondering where it is. The Chilton's manual makes it sound like it's under the rear of the car, but the photo of the engine points it out right under the hood.

Any pointers as to where I can find the filter would be much appreciated! Thanks
