2000 s430 no start no crank

Dear friends please help me I have a very serius issue with my 2000 s430. the story started with the front secondary pump on the top front of the engin gives me code , I erased several times by OBD2 but kept comes back after 30 minutes driving and somtimes never . the mechanic made a connection from the right engin module the the positive wire on the pump , pump worked , once I got home wire was very hot almost burn , I remove it immediatly then can never start . I too off all right module , replace it with a used one from E-Bay but the issue remained as is . finaly I discovered after no dash light , no signal light and other semptems that the front passanger side prefuse 60am under carpet was bad and I replace it temporary with wire until the new one delivered . all light came back , car keys turn on and off to second position , battery 13.8 but no start . the smart mechanic advise me to test ecu because was no reading , massge come link error . i test the obd itself on other car was not working also however I used the mechanic advanced obd also was no readinfg and no communication , ( OBD HAS POWER) . I removed ECU to specialist tested and stated that was ok no issue . also sdvised me that the ECU gets power from battert 12 v and gives back 5 v to engin sensor . also said the it could be one of those sensors gets bad and blocked ECU from reading . I diconnected each one ( one by one) but still no reading on obd , no star , no sound . dash board light on no issue keys locked and unlocked car also turn ignation to second positions but no start . starter relay (the green one is fine ) , two different right module but no change ?????
I have been 10 daus today no result and my car disabled .please any advise ?
