hard starting

I own a '98 300TE app. 175,000 miles. In the past year a hard starting and rough idle has emerged. I changed cap, rotor ,plugs
and coil to distributor wire. Even had a BMW shop I know look at it. Fuel filter has been changed within the past year. Driving it runs like a charm. Acceleration is fine. Anyone help?

Have not changed spark plug wires. They look fine
