which one is best 1984 280 SE or 1975 280 SE
 

Hi i am thinking of buying a 1975 Mercedes 280 SE its dark green 270000 ks and in good condition runs nice, i was also offered a 1984 Mercedes 280 SE in good condition which would be better out of both of those one has chrome bumpers other has plastic bumpers any help appreciated

Both great but very different cars, I'd pick the one in the best overall condition. If everything was equal I'd prefer the look of the '75. I'd try to avoid climate control on the '75, hopefully it has manual AC.
