Diagnostic codes

What do these diagnostic codes mean?

28, 50, 60, 62, 80, 82, 100

Unless you specify that these are A/C codes, how is anyone to know?

Depending on year and model there are scores of systems with codes.

Don't know about hose codes, but 36-24-36 sounds good to me...:D

That is not the Model type SB is referring to...

That is the one you want IN the car...

Well, they are all even number codes. WHich means that they are intermittent. IE, if they only happened one time, it stored a code. I have had 28, 60, 80, & 82. I remember that 60 is:

60: A/C Compressor Electromagnetic Clutch (A9k1).
Cause: Short or Open Circuit. Intermittent (not continuous).

Why don't you delete these codes... and then drive around for a few days, and then check the codes again, to see which of them is presently apparent. One of those codes could have been stored 6 years ago... and never come back.

GOod luck. ANd what model car?!
