Age of the car you may have a mouse problem. Those little buggers will sometimes chew through a wire. No, blown fuse but disconnected. It also could be the switch that controls the electric motor. Lots of ways this could go bad.
I would try running a continuity tester from the fuse box to the sun roof electric motor. Electrical problems, you know the entire system does not work. The next step is to try to narrow down the areas that it does not work. The way to do that is test with a multi meter. Your ultimate goal is to find the problem. If you test a section and it works there you have eliminated that as the area for the problem. If I had to guess I would say either a mouse or the switch went bad. But never just start replacing stuff you can make the problem worse before you find it then you have to suspect your fixes as well as the original problem.
