Can't get the valve cover off!!

I have 1994 E420 and the right valve cover seal seems to be leaking into the distributor cap recently. I have taken out all the allen screws on the grey valve cover but the thing seems to be stuck to the block! Is there something I'm missing here? I can still move whole engine just by yanking on the valve cover!!
