Scanner diagnostic tool question

Did a search but didn’t see anything useful.

Need to diagnose a perplexing lighting problem in a w211 and was hoping to get some input on the best option for this in terms of a diagnostic tool.

What exactly is issue? I used a system from Autel which works fine for me.

What issues are you having? 211 is pretty old now and a lot of deeper scan tools can get in it.
