Purchase the lock assembly and key from Mercedes. You will need to supply your car's VIN number. It takes about a week, but you will get the lock assembly and a new key that will match the rest of the locks in your car. The lock and key sell for about $75. This may be a few dollars more than aftermarket, but it is worth it to not bastardise your keying.
