92 300se turn signal nightmare
 

My 92 300SE does a few weird things.

1. The left turn signal stay on front and back and dash even if there is no key in the ignition. The light it creates is very very bright. If I start the car and flip to right turn, all right turn lights are flashing really fast. If I flip left, nothing happens. This happens from time to time.

2. Sometimes, when I use the hazard, left turn, or right turn, everything in the dash goes off and resets for a split second. All gauges go to zeros, all idiot lights go on, and seat belt light blinks; it is as if the whole instrument panel looses power for that split second.

3. The radio does not work and it flashes E 2.
