300SDL - Front Sway Bar
 

How difficult is it to change the front sway bar on the 126 chassis?

Thanks in advance.

NOT easy as the battery, brake booster & every thing on the fire wall must come out!!

The passenger side attachment to the upper spindle has rusted off. I will need to repair or replace the sway bar. Is there a written replacement procedure in the repair manuals? How many hours would a repair shop normally need to accoumplish the replacement?
