107 SL Rear Diff Ratios?
Hello 107 Gurus,
I have a gorgeous '81 380SL that has +/- 220k on the clock and has had every little thing rebuild/replaced except the rear diff. She clunks pretty bad dropping into gear. I need some info on rear diff ratios. Were the ratios different from the 450/380/560's? If so what were they (how big a difference)? I'd like to get a nice low milage used one and it would open up my options a ton if I could get any diff from '73-89!! Thanks! -Matt-
