squeaky driver seat belt

My driver's seat belt squeaks everytime I move in my seat while driving. What can be wrong with it ? Looks like it needs some lubrication in the mech., rollers inside or is it the tensioner? Is it still safe to be used without replacement? Problem only in this seat belt in the car, a C180 Benz European model not available in USA. Has done 188,000kms and running fine except for a number of nuisance items like the rearheadrest not releasing, the noisy radio aerial , the centre airflow roller jammed and the 2 aux fans not operating(possibly due to the missing fuse in the fusebox) and a sunroof which will not close level if opened and closed(will close fully only if you tilt it upwards). Will appreciate any advice from other C class owners from 1994 to 2000 cars anywhere in the world whether C180, C200, C220, C280 and so on.

I don't if it the same as your problem, but I know the plastic cover where the seatbelt hinges makes noise as it rubs against the side bolsters of the seat when the seat begins to sag. Adjusting the height of the seat alleviates it sometimes. Basically a bad design.
