I can't get this damn shift nob off! Help please-advice!

Please offer advice for getting the shift nob off.

I cannot get at that 15mm nut properly to get the shift nob off!

How did you guys do it?

Please offer anything you can, much thanks!

Never mind guys, got it off with a stubby.
