Need advice about Fuel

Hi Everyone
I have a 1993 MB E220, Fuel Injection, Automatic Gear, A/C.

I imported the car from Germany 7 months ago, I've been using Premium fuel. I found a way to translate the manual and it said that I should use UNLEADED Fuel.

Now, I started using unleaded fuel, but I was thinking should I use fuel injector cleaners, so, is this advisable?

And if yes, what good brands are available in the market?

PS: I don't notice any problems in my fuel system, I just want to do it from a maintenance point of view.
