Blower Control Buttons

The control buttons do not seem to be working properly. For example when I push the "O" off button The blower turns off but comes on again after just a few seconds. It remains off only if I hold the button in tight manually. I can hear a click behind the dash when I operate the button and the blower turns off or on.
