Car has 33k miles, when you first start the car in the a.m. the PS is squealing, almost like it has lost its prime and will gradually decrease in sound to silence in about two minutes of running. Steering is fine (not too hard to turn). just squeals for about two minutes.

Have you checked the fluid level? It should be to the full mark. Also have the air pump checked for proper operation.
