C140 problems

Hi All,

I don't know what happened but my driver's window does not go down as much as it used to when I open the door, subsequently the rear (smaller) winow will not sync up when the door is closed. Please help! Also, I still have that problem with my fuel consumption gauge going bezerk! Please help me!!!!!! Thanks in advance everyone!
