bulb recommendations for W201 euros

For those with euros for their W201s, what bulb combo (main/fog) is the best? I want something that is affordable yet of good quality and brightness. For the fog, I am looking for a pair with a blueish color because I kind of like the reflection of blue off the fog reflectors.

In the main light unit, there is the socket for the main bulb. But next to it, there is this round black piece that looks like a socket or plug for something. What is that for? Thanks.

The little black plug is the hole for city/parking light. They should be lightened when you put the switch in position P. First step on the switch.

I think I saw a good site with lots of info. www.mbz.org

www.powerbulbs.com has a wide selection of bulbs. I use the Philips vision plus (+50) as they have about the most light from a standard wattage bulb. For the fogs, a yellow bulb will do best in fog, and a blue bulb will do worst - most scatter and poorest penetration. If you are only using them as decoration instead of serious fog bulbs, the above site also has blue bulbs.
