Vacume?

I have a 1987 420 SEL. My door locks have been a bit slow and I noticed a hissing noise coming from the passanger side door lock. I also have a clunk in the trans once in a while when I put the car into drive. Do the door locks operate on the same vacume system as the transmission? Guess I have a leak huh:confused:

leak test the actuators.
