Problem installing 2000 tail lamps on 98 E320
 

Guys! If anyone of you know how to install the 2000 & up tail lamps on a 98 E320, please let me know. I need help desperately, I have no trouble installing it on the outside piece, but the inner piece on the trunk will not fit. I think it needs a little modification, but not so sure. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The taillight assembly on later W210s is slightly different and needs to be modified with a dremmel to shave it in certain areas. Do a search on mbworld.org in the W210 forum and you will find someone's description on how to modify it.
