Collapsed Hose 94 S350

My car was running at around 100C going uphill with the AC on and would drop down to a little over 80 after.
Mechanic replaced fan and clutch it now runs a little cooler but still climbs under load,I also noticed that the upper radiator hose is collapsed when engine is cold and milage has droped quite a bit. What could be wrong?
