I just have a few simple tanny questions:

1. How many gears does my 87 300E have, i belive it's 5 if you include the rarly used 1st gear.
2. About how much would a transmission rebuild cost, I sense a rebuild coming on(it's slipping when shifting).
3. Was there ever a 300E Manual made in 87?
4. Could I put a manual tranny in, if I could which tanny would i use? and how much would it cost?
