Upgrade to 3.5L in my 280se coupe 111
 

I need input/ info..I want to put a 3.5 M116 engine in 280se coupe that now has a M130 2.8. I have found one with the auto transmission. What other things am I going to need to upgrade??Shocks, springs, fuel pumps, radiator, any relays, differntial, etc?? Is this worth it? I was then going to put the 2.8 engine in my 230sl that needs a ring job..
