Hi,
I'm thinking of getting an '88 300se with about 140,000 miles on it and was wondering if there are any reliability issues I should worry about and if there are any maintainence issues with the car.

Check for the service history. If the service history is good and the books are there, you should be fine. Have it checked by a shop!!!!!!!
