'03 E500 Speed limiter??

The owners manual states that there is a speed limiter on the new e320 and e500. This is based on the H rating of the base tires.

If you order the Sport package, the car comes with W - rated tires. Can anyone confirm whether or not the speed limiter is removed if you order the sport package?
