96 E320 Fan Belt Tensioner

Has anyone changed the Belt Tensioner on the M104 eng.? I have changed one on a 1987 300D. There was a fitting to place the lug wrench into,to remove the belt. I do not see anything like it on the M104 eng. Then what has to be removed to remove the tensioner? I have all the books on the 87 300D. No books for the 96. Norm

1996 E320 (101,400mi.)

1987 300D (230,000mi. Totaled 9-01)

1983 300D (268,000mi. sold 1993)
