engine oil recommendation

I have a E320 '99 with a current mileage of59,000. My oil dipstick shows that it is on the minimum level. I read the manual but I couldn't find any oil recommendation. I usually use mobil 1 synthetic 5-30 on my odyssey. I am also planning to change the oil in the near future on my MB. What oil and weight do you recommend...
