Uh Oh! Got my Lambda out of whack! M103 won't start!!

I attempted to adjust my Lambda yesterday to correct a rich mixture. Set while engine was warm. This morning it won't start. Is there a "reference" point to set the screw?

Did the position of your air flow sensor plate change?

Lots on that issue here I'm sure + the tid-bit below
