What is necessary to replace the 3 speed air conditioning blower switch in my 1972 250C (Model 250/8) Vin 11402312008518, Eng 021414. How do I get to the blasted thing? Will the entire dash have to come out? Thanks, Dave...

The speaker grill, speaker & trim around the center vent needs to come off. This isn't the easiest of jobs unless you have a detailed manual.
