96 C280 Lower Control Arm Bushing Help?

Hi Group,

Need to replace front lower control arm bushings. Have access to spring compressor and I have a 20 ton shop press.

Any tips regarding press procedure in removing the bushing and installing the new ones would be greatly appreciated.
