My AC works fine, which is good considering the Arizona summer. However, there is a liquid, gurgling noise from the dash. I doesn't seem to be dependant on vehicle motion. Could this have to do with the AC evaporator drain? I have not had any water in the interior that I know of. We have only had the vehicle a week.

That is air trap inside coolant system.......
when heater valve open air flow in heater core with coolant cause gurgling sound. MB has SI for this "gurgle kit" is available order by vin number.

That is good news, but what is an "SI"? Also would it help to run the heater to remove the air? Thanks.

SI means Service Information.

Service Information bulletins are available to US customers through the dealers or the MBUSA Customer Assistance Center (1-800-367-6372). They are actually called "Service Information Manuals" and have been bound by year from 1987 through 1996. Ask for part number S-2634-0XX, where XX is the calendar year.
