Mercedes 123 series 200 automatic 1982 model. How do I open the bottom steel plate on the driverseat in order to rebuild sagging spring/foam? What is the correct way to set the height adjustment for the front seats of this model?

look in search section for my method of el cheapo seat spring repair, has held up perfect on my SD...You will need some tools and a junk seat from similar model but it works. Also check mercedes seats on Ebay.........
