Source for 123 Front Bumper Shocks

Does anyone have a good source for front bumper shocks for my 300CD? Part # is 123 880 00 35 ('slip-on'). Additionally, can I get genuine MB shocks or will they be aftermarket? My front bumper has the typical and common smirk and it's making me crazy. I have been repeatedly telling myself it is a bumper and that is its nature, but to no avail. TIA
