The 4th gear comes back!

Hi guys,

My car is having a bad habit. I was on the highway at about 80mph when suddenly the 4th gear returned by itself to 3rd, and never went back. I could drove it home, and today seemed that only the first tree gear are rougher among shifts.
What is happening?

Alexei - 300 CE- 24V - 1991 - 25k.
