A lot of folks aren't aware that Simple Green is a "concentrate"!!!

So I've seen it used full strength in applications that it shouldn't be, like wheels! In fact, other than cleaning graffiti off walls, it shouldn't be more than 50-50 water to Simple Green, and that is for things like engine grime.

Show car owners swear by this stuff, and they would be most concerned about ruining components than anyone I know.

I spray gunk engine degreaser (foaming kerosene) or whatever degreaser I have on hand. After it soaks for a while I blast it with the pressure washer on a low-medium setting. Works great. I've never had a problem.

I have had bad experience with Simple Green etching alloys - even diluted. I don't use it on stuff I care about. It's great for cleaning oil off of the garage floor and basic cleanup.
