Small Shock Absorber on Belt Tensioner

I am currently replacing my water pump and I noticed that the aluminum spacer that rides inside the mount bushing of the shock absorber is worn considerabley... enough so that the spacer wabbles inside the bushing.

Is this condition critical to the operation of the tensioner... if so must I replace the whole shock or is there a replacement bushing?

If a part is needed I would greatly appriciate a reply because I want to add the parts to the order I already placed saturday for the water pump.

Many thanks.

i'd replace anything while in there. the damper has
its function, may not be critical but nonetheless has its
purpose.
