My hvac is somewhat unresponsive. If I use the defrost or bi-level mode, the engine will not turn off due to lack of vacuum. The high, low,or off modes allow enough vacuum to turn off the engine, Are there CD's available or where can I turn for help? Even when the a/c is on, it does not blow sufficiently to cool the front seat-let alone the back.

I do think there is a manuall out for the 116 chasis. I have not seen it yet though. You may call 1-800-4Merc and see. Ask for Kim in publications and tell her Donnie from MercedesShop sent you.
