With respect to 1983 240D junkyard engine I'm rebuilding--I really want to do the job right and I'm start to loosen the wallet now--Why do sleeves and pistons have to be replaced together--why cant you just replace the sleeves and re-use pistons?
It used to be like this when I was in merchant ships when i watched them work on the giant diesels--they would just pull the liners.Respectfully, Richard Chang |
