126: Slow to Rise Driver's Window

I know there was a similar thread on this but the search engine has somewhat spluttered.

The driver's side window comes down fine but goes up with much reluctance. I know there is a lube method that I can do but can't recall the exact details.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
