power seat switch - 88 300e

The power seat on passenger side will move all directions except the base will not go back after it has been moved forward. Suspect the switch needs replacement.

Is it easy to get at and how?

Could it be anything else?

Please help as I am stuck between the seat and the dash>>> Thanks
